- What happens if I have more than a hundred accounts on a server
- Our system fetches your servers account usage stats from cPanel licensing system periodically. We update your invoice prior to your due date to match your current usage. Each 25 accounts increments costs $8.50
- In case of a technical problem, who should I contact?
- Licensecart is the level one support provider for all of our product portfolio. Please contact us first for a support request. Our support team may escalate the tickets to cPanel support in case of a need.
- Can I change my license IP?
- Yes, you can. For IP changes, please consider cPanel's EULA terms. Using a license on multiple servers by changing IP may lead to a IP blacklisting. Locked IP licenses can only be released by cPanel support after a detailed investigation
- Can I get support directly from cPanel?
- No, cPanel requires you to contact first for support inquiries.
- What is reactivation fee?
- cPanel products are billed prorated against the 15th of each month. If you cancel or abandon your service and want to reactivate it in the next billing cycle of termination, you need to pay the full monthly price of the service. Please get in touch with our support team for more information.
