If you are using CloudLinux and install or update a PHP module like for example php-mcyrpt or php-mailparse you may notice that on CloudLinux it doesn't update the php.ini this is because you need to run: cagefsctl --force-update everytime you upgrade or install a PHP Module.
You don't need this if you aren't using CloudLinux...
Issue was found by a client.
