The fix:

Fix permissions on the mail folder, The ownership should be vpopmail:username

cd /home/username/var/domain.com/mail/ and run the folllowing: \chown -R vpopmail:username ./*

Or you can run: /iworx/bin/varpermsfix.pex --siteworx
