If you wish to use a verify Email and verify the VAT Number use: the following files:

If you aren't sure how to do this you need Linux then use: patch -p1 < blesta-3.1-signup-form.diff
If you don't have patch, then use yum install patch -yyou will need PHP Soap for the VAT validation you can get it here: yum --enablerepo=remi install php-soap -y
