Support Manager - The file could not be written. Print

This is probably because the uploads folder isn't with the correct permissions for Blesta, you need to 777 or 666 it. You set it at Settings > System > General

And you must have this folder structure inside the uploads folder, these will happen automatically when you install a plugin but if it's already installed you need to do it manually:

- uploads
--- system
--- 1
----- client_documents
----- download_files
----- invoices
----- support_manager_files
