Here is what you see on your service:
Invoice Dates
Renew Date: When your service is due to be renewed... When you have to pay to ensure your service is active. You must submit a cancellation 7 days before this date.

Next Invoice: When you will receive your next invoice ready for your next renew date, this is submitted 5 days before the due date. So you must submit a cancellation two days before this date.

Two days after the renew date your services will be suspended except LiteSpeed licenses which are suspended a day after and cancelled two days after your renew date.
