If you are moving Blesta to another folder and you can't log into Blesta's admin area you need to go to your PHPMyAdmin and go to the settings table.
After search for the key called root_web_dir. Click submit and you should see your current root folder url, just update it to your new one and save it. You should be able to re-use Blesta again.
